Many students from government schools struggle with English proficiency, often taught as a subject rather than a communication tool. To enhance their career prospects, Siruthuligal Foundation assigns students to a dedicated full-time English language trainer. the trainer provides daily exercises in English grammar, sentence construction, and storytelling.
Aligned with our core goals, the program offers personalized training in academic and career topics, guidance towards success, and opportunities to develop strong interpersonal skills. Experienced mentors from high-profile careers are carefully matched with students for monthly meetings. These sessions provide clarity on career paths, roles, and life direction, empowering students to chart their future with confidence.
